On Sunday, members of the Fermento clan (the Klann family) stopped by the winery for a look at all the action. My nephew Connor was especially interested in eating fermenting grapes. I told him the best we could do was make him a right proper Cellar Rat. Obviously it worked out for us...we took the rest of the day off with beers in hand and put Connor to the test!! By the end of the day he was barkin orders around like a good little winemaker!
