I just wonder what veggie they used for the skin of the thing! (since it is supposed to be vegetarian). It is interesting to notice how each culture has its own way of disposing of the unwanted bits ... here in New Zealand, the meat pie is also known as the 'little coffin', serving the same purpose as the (true) hagis serves in Scotland. In the US it is the hot dog, in Germany ... sausage ...
