OK, it's time for some fun. Starting this month we will be staying open late on the last Friday of each month for:
- Some regular old wine tasting;
- Some food, probably grilled;
- Maybe some special flights;
- Maybe some vertical tastings;
- Some barrel tasting in the cave;
- Other things that we pull out of the air.
The first time we try this will be Friday, January 26th. I figure we will stay open until at least 8PM, and maybe even later if it makes sense. We're pretty much making this up as we go along so anything goes! In fact...
We don't even know what to call it! "Twisted Fridays", while perhaps is descriptive enough, clearly does not have the zippy name we are looking for.
