You wouldn't believe how many times I have been told I look like John Malkovich, but I digress...
The past few weeks have been interesting, and it isn't quite over yet. I have a few blog posts about it - some I will get out this week, as soon as I can. Others will have to wait until more dust settles. But it's all good. Some things will help us serve our customers better, others involve people simply moving to the next chapter of their lives, while others are simply New Fun for the winery.
Today was a full inventory of our Murphys (Wisteria House) Tasting Room. With up to 1800 different items that could be on the list, no easy task! Of course, the last thing counted was the rubber chickens... as you can see in the following photo, Jolene was down for the task!
Which now leads me to... a contest! (woo hoo!) I'm not sure what I will be giving away, but it will be something worthwhile - at least a rubber chicken! Here's the deal:
1. Simply send me your guesstimate of how many chickens Jolene counted today. All of the chickens appear in the photo (Jolene is definitely NOT a chicken, as we hope you can see) though some are hidden by the counter - you'll just have to do your best!
2. One guess per person please. I will end the contest at some arbitrary time in a very few days when I have enough entries, so don't delay!
3. Prizes will be awarded for all exact matches, or for the closest guess.
