Getting my kids to help in the kitchen was like pulling teeth most of the time, but we did it anyway... and now my youngest in working at the Ahwahnee Dining Room in Yosemite, cranking out small plates for hundreds of guests per night - go figure!
Anyway... from this post it sounds like James has a *%#&@! great kitchen crew! (And check out that pork tenderloin!)












Believe it or not, it was a compliment! Please tell me you've been called worse than a big toe? If not, I'd feel like a complete heel!
On a serious side, I've always been a big fan of wines from the Sierra Foothills and think there are some fantastic wineries, like Twisted Oak, producing some great wines from this area. Keep up the great work!
