Being guidelines, legal mumbo jumbo, and stuff...
1. Let's get the mumbo jumbo out of the way first... by sending your photos and/or videos to Twisted Oak, you agree to let us publish them on our web sites and publish them in any printed matter (like The Twisted FewsLetter). And by doing so you are assuring us that you have the right to grant us that permission - in other words, the photo and/or video is yours, and you are granting us permission to use it. We don't expect this permission to be exclusive, and we can't and won't transfer that permission to anyone else without asking you first.
2. All photos and videos must be taken at work, and must somehow involve a rubber chicken, to qualify. (That should be obvious, but...)
3. When we do publish your photos and/or videos, we will always give you full credit. That's forever.
4. When sending photographs, please send your highest resolution version. It doesn't actually matter that much whether you took it using a 12 megapixel gorilla or a 640x480 iPhone, but if you send the highest resolution it gives us the most flexibility in presenting it properly. JPG is the preferred format. Any amount of editing, photoshopping and composite images are acceptable
5. For videos, I'm not really an expert (I just know what I like), but I think a minimum of around 640x480 would be preferred. Please use a popular video format (WMV, MOV, etc.) You can edit it however you want or send it as a raw clip. If you do edit your video please do not include anything that belongs to someone else, without their permission.
6. You may post your photos to a photo-sharing site (such as Flickr, etc.) as long as I am able to download them and link to them to display on this blog. Be mindful of your copyright settings relative to #1 above.
7. You may also post your video to a video-sharing site like YouTube, etc. In fact, in the case of videos using a sharing site is preferred. If you would prefer to send your video directly to us, please drop us a note first so we can make arrangements for the large file.
8. We do reserve the right to crop and/or otherwise manipulate your photograph to fit our web and printed publishing needs. But relax - we're not that good at Photoshop!
9. NSFW: We do recognize the irony that you might go to work with your rubber chicken and end up producing an image or video that is generally considered something NSFW (Not Suitable For Work). We're not going to lay out any guidelines for how racy or inappropriate your submission may be or may not be. We're not here to stifle your creativity or exclude you because you work in, say, the Adult Entertainment field. But suffice to say that if you do this thing and you get sacked or arrested for it, Twisted Oak Winery will not be responsible.

OK Jeff now I understand your comment on me calling you a serious wine person, that if I thought that I really didn't know you. This rubber chicken thing gives me clarity on that point... I will see if I can locate a rubber chicken and take pictures of it in the Limo hey it reminds me of a few clients already!

Dude... my work isn't racy, unless you think organizing files, paperwork and documenting procedures is racy (if you do, then call me, I'm always looking for crazy people!)
I caught Alaqueen in some candid positions on her way to the office and at work. She even busted her kid for skipping school and sneaking into her work bag!
